Kushal Subbayya Hegde is the Chairman and Executive Director of our Company. He is currently involved in strategy formulation and management functions in our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Bombay University and is one of the founders of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation and has served as the president of Bunts Sangha and Kannada Sangha, district governor of Lions club and chairman of the Kaveri group. He has over 45 years of experience in the field of strategy and management.

Rajesh Kushal Hegde is the Managing Director of our Company. He is currently involved in strategy formulation and management functions in our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree of science in mechanical engineering from the Michigan Technological University, USA and a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering from Oklahoma State University, USA. He has been associated with our Company since 1996 and has over 28 years of experience in the field of strategy and management.

Rohit Kushal Hegde is the Joint Managing Director of our Company. He is currently involved in strategy formulation and management functions in our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, a master’s degree in business administration from Sheffield Hallam University, England, and an executive master in change from INSEAD. He has been associated with our Company since 2000 and has over 24 years of experience in the field of strategy and management.

Ganesh heads Operations and Product/Process development function at KSH. Prior to joining KSH he has worked with Sujatha Data products and Otis elevators India. He has more than 30 years experience in Product development, process development, and Operational excellence. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer from Karnataka University.

Sandesh Bhagwat is Chief Executive Officer for KSH International. Prior to joining KSH he worked for LEONI as Managing Director for Wire and Cable business in India. He has more than 25 years of experience and has worked with Organizations like Lapp, Ingersoll Rand, & TE Connectivity in Sales & Marketing, Business Strategy, Product & Process development, People Development and Operational excellence. He is an BE in Instrumentation and has MBA in Marketing.

Amod Joshi is currently the Chief Financial Officer for KSH International Pvt Ltd. Prior to joining KSH – he was working for KPMG in India. He has more than 15 years of industry experience in logistics, audit, and manufacturing field. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Pune University.

Sandeep is responsible for Marketing and Sales at KSH international. Prior to joining KSH he has worked with Graphite India Ltd. He has more than 30 years of Industry experience. He is a qualified BE Mechanical Engineer and also has a Diploma in Business Management degree and a Masters in Marketing Management degree.

His area of specialization includes strategic planning of operations, process development, Maintenance, Suresh has more than 25 years of leadership experience in operations and production. Prior joining KSH he was associated with Finolex Cables. He is Mechanical Engineer by Qualification.

Manoj Dwivedi is VP Sales & Marketing for KSH International Round Wire Business. Prior to joining KSH he worked for LEONI Cable Solutions India as G.M – Global Sales Head for Wire and Cable business. He has more than 25 years of experience and has worked with Organizations like LAPP, RR Kabel, GE, BCH in Sales and Marketing, Business Strategy, Product development, People Management. He is an BE in Electronics & Instrumentation.

Ravi Kiran is the General Manager – Business Development at KSH. He is a seasoned professional offering over three decades of decisive executive leadership in the fields of sales and marketing. He is responsible for Enamelled Wire business development pan-India. He is an engineer with specialization in Sales and Marketing from IIM-A. Having been associated with market leaders like Demag, Elantas Beck, Von Roll and Fine Finish, he brings with him rich experience in the electrical insulation field.

Sriram C G is General Manager –Marketing & Sales and is responsible for Rectangular Wires business. He is a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Marketing. He has rich experience in sales operations, business development and product management. He has spent close to 30 years in the B2B industry handling a wide range of products and solutions. Prior to joining KSH International he was associated with Grindwell Norton Ltd. and Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting.

Lyndon Johnson is General Manager - Operations, responsible for Unit 2 at Chakan, Pune. He has 20+ years of rich experience in the field of Quality Management and Operations in Power Transformers and Auto Ancillary. Prior to KSH, he has worked with Siemens Ltd & Crompton Greaves Ltd. He has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PG Diploma in Operations Management.

Abhijit Joshi is heading Quality and Technical Services function for all units at KSH international as General Manager -Quality and Technical Services. Prior to KSH, he was associated with Varroc Engg.Ltd, LEONI, Bajaj Auto,Bekaert, Owens Corning. He has 26 years of rich leadership experience with international exposure in the field of Quality,TQM, Operations, Business excellence, LEAN,-Six Sigma, operations excellence & EHS, from various industries like Automotive, Electrical, energy, metal transformation etc. Abhijit is Mechanical Engineer with MBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis/Pune University & ASQ certified LEAN -SIX SIGMA Black Belt.
