KSH International Private Limited founded in 1981, is the leading manufacturer of Bare and Insulated Rectangular & Round Winding wires and Transposed Cables in India. KSH has 3 manufacturing plants near Mumbai and Pune. Product quality, delivery, innovation and customer service have made KSH a preferred supplier to major Indian and Global Original Equipment Manufacturers.

KSH provides customized solutions and manufactures products as per customers specific requirements. Customers include manufacturers of Oil filled Power & Distribution Transformers, Traction Transformers, Dry Type Transformers, Cast Resin Transformers, Auto Electrical Components, AC and DC Coils, High Voltage and Low Voltage Motors, AC Generators, Wind Mill Generators, Turbo and Hydro Generators, Hermetic Compressor and Motors for Appliances, Switchgear etc. KSH is a preferred supplier of Transposed Cables to HVDC, 765 KV and 1200 KV extra high voltage transformer and reactor manufacturers in India.

KUSHAL S. HEGDE

CHAIRMAN

Kushal S. Hegde (KSH) is the Chairman of the KSH Group which he founded over 50 years ago. The group has interests in manufacturing, logistics and industrial infrastructure development, and auto parts distribution/services business. He is actively involved in community service through his involvement as the Chairman of the Kaveri Group of Institutes which runs a school and college with over 6,000 students. He sits on the Boards of several prestigious academic institutions and corporates.

RAJESH HEGDE

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Rajesh Hegde spearheads the manufacturing business of the KSH Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Michigan Tech University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the Oklahoma State University.

ROHIT HEGDE

DIRECTOR

Rohit Hegde is the Managing Director of KSH Distriparks, which is the holding company for the groups 3PL, logistics and infrastructure development, and inland container services business. He holds an M.B.A Finance Degree from Sheffield University, and spearheads all the expansion activities of the groups logistics businesses.

Ganesh Prasad

Technical Director

Ganesh heads Operations and Product/Process development function at KSH. Prior to joining KSH he has worked with Sujatha Data products and Otis elevators India. He has more than 30 years experience in Product development, process development, and Operational excellence. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer from Karnataka University.

Sandesh Bhagwat

Chief Executive Officer

Sandesh Bhagwat is Chief Executive Officer for KSH International. Prior to joining KSH he worked for LEONI as Managing Director for Wire and Cable business in India. He has more than 25 years of experience and has worked with Organizations like Lapp, Ingersoll Rand, & TE Connectivity in Sales & Marketing, Business Strategy, Product & Process development, People Development and Operational excellence. He is an BE in Instrumentation and has MBA in Marketing.

Amod Joshi

Chief Financial Officer

Amod Joshi is currently the Chief Financial Officer for KSH International Pvt Ltd. Prior to joining KSH – he was working for KPMG in India. He has more than 15 years of industry experience in logistics, audit, and manufacturing field. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Pune University.

Sandeep Sharma

SR. VICE PRESIDENT – Marketing and Sales

Sandeep is responsible for Marketing and Sales at KSH international. Prior to joining KSH he has worked with Graphite India Ltd. He has more than 30 years of Industry experience. He is a qualified BE Mechanical Engineer and also has a Diploma in Business Management degree and a Masters in Marketing Management degree.

Manoj Dwivedi

VICE PRESIDENT – Round Wire Division

Manoj Dwivedi is VP Sales & Marketing for KSH International Round Wire Business. Prior to joining KSH he worked for LEONI Cable Solutions India as G.M – Global Sales Head for Wire and Cable business. He has more than 25 years of experience and has worked with Organizations like LAPP, RR Kabel, GE, BCH in Sales and Marketing, Business Strategy, Product development, People Management. He is an BE in Electronics & Instrumentation

Suresh Patil

Sr. General Manager – Operations

His area of specialization includes strategic planning of operations, process development, Maintenance, Suresh has more than 25 years of leadership experience in operations and production. Prior joining KSH he was associated with Finolex Cables. He is Mechanical Engineer by Qualification.

Ravi Kiran

GENERAL MANAGER- Business Development

Ravi Kiran is the General Manager – Business Development at KSH. He is a seasoned professional offering over three decades of decisive executive leadership in the fields of sales and marketing. He is responsible for Enamelled Wire business development pan-India. He is an engineer with specialization in Sales and Marketing from IIM-A. Having been associated with market leaders like Demag, Elantas Beck, Von Roll and Fine Finish, he brings with him rich experience in the electrical insulation field.

Ms. Vaishali Sanap

General Manager – Marketing and Sales

Ms. Vaishali Sanap holds the position of General Manager – Marketing & Sales and is responsible for Enamelled Round Wire business. She has a PG diploma in Business Administration with specialization in International Business at Mumbai University. She has more than 24 years of professional experience with 12 years in the Copper Wire Industry.

Lyndon Johnson

General Manager – QA & Technical Services

Lyndon Johnson is heading QA & Technical Services activities for KSH. Prior to KSH, he has worked with Siemens Ltd & Crompton Greaves Ltd. He has 18years of experience in Quality Assurance & Manufacturing. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PG Diploma in Operations Management.
